  • Built-in RISC-V processor

    The BL606P chip contains multiple RISC-V processors with a maximum clock frequency of 480MHz. M0 is a 32-bit RISC-V CPU with a 5-stage pipeline structure, supports RISC-V 32/16-bit mixed instruction set, contains 62 external interrupt sources, and 4 bits can be used to configure interrupt priority. M0 contains 32K instruction cache and 16K data cache. D0 is a 64-bit RISC-V CPU with a 5-stage pipeline structure, supports the RISC-V RV64IMAFCV instruction architecture, contains 28 external interrupt sources, and 3 bits can be used to configure the interrupt priority. D0 contains 32K instruction cache and 32K data cache. BL606P includes audio codec, has 700KB RAM / 16M pSRAM / 2Kb eFuse storage resources, and supports external Flash. Various integrated peripherals and rich GPIO pins, low power consumption of ~1uA level during sleep, meet the functional requirements of various IoT products such as smart speakers and video surveillance.
